Your statement is correct. If you have more than one vendor in one transaction, the vendor details will not appear in the Statement of Activity Detail Report. Instead, you can use the Deposit Detail Report to view transactions with multiple vendors.
Here's how to do it:
- Go to Reports
- From the Find report by name field, type in Deposit Detail.
- Click Switch to classic view if you'll be routed to modern view.
- Click Customize, then hit Change columns.
- Scroll down and tick "Account."
- Once done, click Run report.
