Let me assist you in preventing sending late reminders to your customers, @Vts.
To avoid sending late reminders in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you need to turn off the automatic invoice reminder settings or manually edit and send the reminders. Please note that if you adjust or turn off the automatic invoice reminders, all customers will be affected by these changes.
Here's how to adjust the automatic invoice reminder:
1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
2. Select the Sales tab.
3. In the Reminders section, select Edit.
4. Turn on Automatic invoice reminders.
5. Select the dropdown for Reminder 1, 2, or 3, and turn off the toggle switch.
7. Then, click Save.
If you'd like to avoid sending late reminders to a specific customer only, you can edit and send the reminders manually by locating the customer's invoice. Tap the Receive payment dropdown, select Send reminder, customize your message, and click Send. Also, QuickBooks adds "(Reminded)" to invoices in the Status column after it sends a reminder. Refer to the screenshot below:
On the other hand, you can also utilize a third-party application to accommodate sending different reminders to specific customers by visiting the marketplace apps to find the app or log in to your QBO account, navigate to the Apps menu and Find Apps, then use the search field provided to find an app suitable for you.
