Hi there, @emtiajisha20.
I can see how it would be handy to tag multiple transactions at once. It'd save you and other users a ton of time.
For now, we can only do that at a time. You'll have to click the line to open up the details and use the Tags field to choose from the tags you've set up. Then, if you need to edit or re-tag categorized ones, you'll have to undo them.
Here's how:
- Go to Banking.
- Click the blue tile for the account you want to review.
- Select the Categorized tab.
- Find the transactions you want to remove and select them.
- Select Undo from the Action column.
Once done, these transactions will go back to the For Review tab. Follow these steps to add tags:
- In the For Review tab, select a transaction to expand the details.
- In the Tags field, pick the tags you want to include or enter the name you want to create. Then, select + Add.

- Review and add any other information that may be mandatory or missing.
- When everything looks good, select Add.
I also encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.
Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
- You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
- From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

Feel free to drop a comment if you have more questions about tagging transactions. I'm always here to help. Take care, @emtiajisha20.
