The bookkeeping tab is missing from the left side of the screen. That's the only way that I know how to get in touch with my bookkeeper. How can I fine our emails now?

There was a recent update made to QuickBooks Online, info1247.

The My Accountant tab has been renamed to My Experts. You can access it in the right-hand corner of QBO, just beside the Help menu. I'm also going to leave a screenshot below as an additional reference.

Click on that to see the communications, shared documents, and requests sent by your accountant. You can also visit this link to stay updated to the latest updates and new features in the program: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/blog/.
