The program shuts down too quickly. I lose a lot of work

I would also feel burden if this happens to me. To ensure you don’t lose your wok, let’s adjust the inactive duration of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. This way, even if you’re not using your account for 2 hours, you can still continue with your progress. Let me show you how.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and settings.
3. Go to the Advanced section.
4. Under Other preferences section, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
5. Adjust the inactivity to 3 hours from the Sign me out if inactive for field.
6. Click Save and then Done.
