- Go to the Gear icon, then click Audit log under the Tools section.

- On the Filter drop-down, select All User and filter the date under the User and Date drop-down lists.
- Choose Lists under the Events drop-down.

You can use this feature to track all the changes made to your customers or accounts. In the Event tab, you can check if any of these are being deleted or made inactive. Once you've identified what has been deleted, you can reactivate it and then proceed to create an invoice.

- Find the inactive customer.
- Click Make Active under the ACTION column.
