What to do when Deluxe didn’t email check?

I always check the bank register for confirmation that deluxe has sent a check by email. But when it stays blank in the memo, What do I do?

What to do when Deluxe didn’t email check?

Let me help find the memo for the check, dcosinas.

 

You can contact Deluxe to identify if the check was sent via email.

 

Once the check is downloaded on the Banking page, you can enable the Copy bank details to memo option if this is what you're referring to. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Highlight Deluxe.
  3. Click the Gear icon, then mark Copy bank detail to memo.

  4. Click anywhere on the page to refresh it.

When transactions are posting on the For review tab, you can start matching and categorizing your transactions.
