In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can run a Transaction Detail by Account report to get a glimpse of all the transactions that you have in your business. Here's how:
- Login to your QuickBooks Online company (Take me there).
- On the left navigational bar, select Reports.
- In the search box, type Transaction Detail by Account.
- Use the basic filters on the report to adjust things like the report dates.
In addition, you also have the option to export the report to Excel or PDF file by clicking the Export icon beside the Gear icon. This way, you can email the copy of the report to your accountant.
