I can show you a way where you can find it, @tdkntx.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community. I’m here to ensure you can get your bank statement so you can process reconciliation in QuickBooks Online smoothly.
All downloaded data entry is located in your file folder on your computer. If you’ve saved it successfully, the statement should appear in the specific file where it was added.
Some banks now let you view your bank statements right from QuickBooks. If your bank supports this feature, you'll get bank statements automatically. Here’s how:
- Go to the Accounting menu and then click the Reconcile tab.
- From the Account dropdown, select the account you want to reconcile.
- If you see the View statements option, you can get your bank statements directly.
- Press View statements.

Then you may now start reconciling your account in the system. In case you’re unable to see it and don’t have this option on your end, you can still log in to your bank's website and download them.
You might want to check this article that has additional information about getting bank statements directly from your bank. It includes steps on how to manually attach a bank statement to reconciliation.
I’ll be here anytime if you have follow-up questions with bank statements. Have a great day.
