I appreciate you for posting here in the Community, @deschenelinda. I'm here to make sure you can turn off the credit card option for invoice payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Follow the following steps to proceed:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and settings, and select the Sales tab.
- Under Invoice payments, select the pencil icon ✎.
- Untick the checkbox for Accept Credit Cards.
- Once done, click Save.
