Hi there,

Let’s perform some troubleshooting steps so that all your vendors will appear whenever you record an expense on your QBO mobile. Here's how:

  1. Switch the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
  2. Power cycle the app.
  3. Clear app data. To do this:
    1. Open your device Settings.
    2. Click Apps (varies by device).
    3. Select the QuickBooks app from the list, then Click Storage.
    4. Click clear data.
  4. Power down and restart your device.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
