Buy nowI have a new client and using QB Online Plus. Previous Accountant left before I took over. I want to see and preview past reconciliations but I can not see a list of previous reconciliations. The task list drop down is not showing up for me to run report.

Sometimes, when your browser's cache builds up, it can lead to unexpected issues with the product, like the one you're experiencing. No worries, though! We can easily troubleshoot this together.
To get started, let's open QuickBooks in a private browser. This will help us determine if the problem is related to your browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcut keys you can press to open incognito:
Once done, try viewing your reconciliation report again. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If the same things happen, use another supported browser instead.
Moreover, you can customize reports in QuickBooks. Simply, filter them to show specific accounts or customers, or format the layout so the right data shows up in the right place.
