Reconciliation report

Is there a report that will list the accounts reconciled that looks like the Accountant Center list?

Reconciliation report

Good morning, @philslofo

It's great to see you back in the Community!

The closest option for the results you want, would be to run a previous reconciliation report. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu. Hover over Banking and select Previous Reconciliation.
  2. From the Account drop-down menu, pick the account you reconciled.
  3. In the Statement Ending Date section, choose the reconciliation period you want to review.
  4. Press Detailed or Both for the report type.
  5. Select which transactions you want to see on the report:
  • Transactions cleared at the time of reconciliation: This gives you a snapshot. It only shows transactions in the account at the time of the reconciliation.
  • Transactions cleared plus any changes made to those transactions: This shows transactions in the account at the time of reconciliation. It also shows where they currently are in your accounts.

        6. When you're ready to run the report, select Display.

Review this guide for some additional information: Get reports for previous reconciliations in QBDT

Feel free to come back if you have any other questions. Have a great day!

Reconciliation report

Is there a way to at least remove all the zero accounts in the Accountant Center?

@philslofo  I don't know about specifically removing the zero accounts, but I just tested it, and marking a bank account inactive in the Chart of Accounts removed it from the Accountant Center.

You do have to close and reopen the Accountant Center for it to take effect if you already had the Accountant Center open, though.
