Join nowI didn't reconcile last year ( didn't know I had too) and I would like to remove the year 2020 from the giant mess that is the reconcile So I can start fresh for 2021. Whats the easiest way?
You may manually delete all your 2020 transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @jonnymechanic. This way, you can start reconciling your accounts starting January of the year 2021. I'm here to guide you how.
Reconciliation of accounts is a necessary process to review your transactions in QBO. With this, you're able to make sure your accounts always match your real-life bank and credit card statements. I'd recommend performing this every month to keep your account updated. This will also help you monitor your income, expenses, and any possible errors.

That sadly doesn't look the same as mine. Not really impressed with the usability of this program. Your online support says different things than what is actually in front of me. This is the 3rd time your instructions have been different than what is in front of me. Is there a way I can have one of your staff do it for me seeing as I seem to be paying for just about everything costing more than an accountant anyway.
