Since they can't view them, let them perform some troubleshooting steps to see if the issue is within their browser. It could be due to a cache-induced browser that affects the program's performance. They can start by accessing your account through an incognito or private browser. Here are the keyboard shortcut keys for easier access:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If this works, they can clear their browser's cache or utilize other supported browsers and devices to access your accounts.
On the other hand, if you didn't invite them but added them as a user, the possible reason why they can't view your reconciled bank accounts and transactions could be due to their access and roles.
