Remove auto bill pay

You'll want to turn off the Automatically apply credits option in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me guide you on how.

1. Click the Gear icon.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Click Advanced on the left of the screen.
4. Click the Pencil icon in Automation.
5. Remove the check-mark in the box next to Automatically apply credits. 
6. Click Save and select Done.
