Remove or Clear Expenses Marked Billable

I'd be happy to help you remove a billable expense in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

1. Go to the Sales menu.
2. Click the All Sales tab, and then select Unbilled Activity.
   
3. Select the name of the customer where the charge was marked billable to.
4. In the Transaction List, select the billable expense charge you need to correct.
5. Click either Bill, Check, or Expense at the top.
   
6. Find the items you marked as billable. 
7. Un-check the box in the Billable column.
   
8. Click Save and close once done.
