I'd be happy to help you remove a billable expense in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here's how:
- Go to the Sales menu.
- Click the All Sales tab, and then select Unbilled Activity.

- Select the name of the customer where the charge was marked billable to.
- In the Transaction List, select the billable expense charge you need to correct.
- Click either Bill, Check, or Expense at the top.

- Find the items you marked as billable.
- Un-check the box in the Billable column.

- Click Save and close once done.
