Thank you for reaching out to the Community. It's super easy on how to delete the customized invoice template in QuickBooks.
Let's go ahead to the Custom form styles and delete it from there. Let me walk you through where to locate it:
- Go to the Gear icon. Then select Custom Form Styles.
- Locate the customize invoice, and click the Drop-down arrow next to Edit.
- Select Delete.
- Press Yes, delete this style to verify.
