I haven't received any email notices and Intuit hasn't contacted me regarding this issue; however, I received an update to QB that appears to have fixed the issue. Just fyi for everyone else that had this problem, it appears it's not been fixed finally.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
