Report of Open and Fulfilled Pledges

We are a 501c3 running a big campaign right now, and I would love to be able to run a detail report that listed all of our pledges grouped by paid and open, with a subtotal for each, and a grand total of all pledges. There does not seem to be a way to do this in a single report and it's driving me crazy. Has anyone found a workaround?

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I understand you'll want to pull up a single report for both paid and open status pledges.

 

At the moment, you can only pull up two different reports such as the Transaction Detail report (Open or Paid). Then, export it in Excel and customize it from there. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Reports tab, then search for and select Transaction Detail report
  2. Customize your report according to your needs. 
  3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. 
  4. Select Export to Excel.
  5. Save the file on your desktop.
