Hi Liza.
Thank you for reaching out to us here on the Community page. I can share with you some information about customizing reports in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
Usually, the changes and customization will only affect the report you're working on and not with other reports. To isolate the issue, you can delete the custom or report:
- Go to the Reports tab, then tap on Memorized Reports.
- Open the Memorized Report List.
- Locate the custom report, then tap on Delete Memorized Report from the Memorized Report drop-down.
Then, recreate the report by making the same customization and report title.
Once done, try opening the other reports in QuickBooks. If the report's title changes, I recommend performing the verify and rebuild process to fix the most commonly known company file errors and data damage. You can use this link as your guide: Verify and rebuild data in QuickBooks Desktop for Mac.
On the other hand, here's an article you can read more about customizing reports in QBDT for Mac.
For additional resources, while working with QuickBooks in the future, you can also open the topics from our help articles.
If you have any other questions about your reports, please feel free to leave a comment below. I'll get back here as soon as I can to help you again. Thanks for coming, wishing you a good one!
