Reports

I am trying to create a credit card summary report can someone help me with that?  Also want to create a long term liabilities summary report as well.  For some reason when I try to create these summary reports the totals are zero so I am doing something wrong.  I don't want detailed reports I want a summary of what is owed on each company credit card and each long term liability, and I don't want them individually I want to create a report for all long term liabilities and credit cards.

The amounts you owe for Liability and Credit Card accounts appears on the Balance Sheet report and also on the Chart of Accounts.

To create a custom report with less details than the balance sheet, with rows only for the desired accounts:

1. Start on the Reports menu and pick Custom Reports | Summary.

2. On the Display tab, pick Display columns by = Total only and Display rows by =  Account List.

3. On the Filters tab, remove the Date filter and change the Account filter by picking "Multiple Accounts..." from near the top of the list and then select the desired liability and credit card accounts.

Then run the report to see the balances.
