Could you please share this tool? after 3 years of this issue being reported there is still no solution from Intuit. I am working with the latest version of desktop Enterprise solutions, that is supposed to be the top QB version and facing the same problem.
A TB for a specific month does not show figures for that month.
It's a failure when the software cannot do what any bookkeeper or accountant expects. I expect any other accounts software will do it. The combination of glitchy failures and basic ease-of-use failures not being improved, means I'm no longer recommending QB to clients. Plenty of alternatives out there.
