For QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 19.0, there's a Picker column in the Pick tab where you can see the name of the the picker. However, adding the pick rate is unavailable.
As for the other versions of QuickBooks Desktop, we're unable to add these info. You can read this article for more details: Use the Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet.
While the information you're looking for is unavailable, you'll want to look for a third-part application that can do this. Please feel free to visit our Apps page here.
