Hello,
I have attached a screenshot of an error message I started receiving this week when I generate a Sales Tax Liability report.
I only use Sales Receipts and when I look at the transactions it is not clear what Quickbooks is saying the problem is. In the receipt all products that are taxable are marked as taxable. For the sales tax field I mostly have Out of State with a 0% rate. The tax code field is Taxable (vs Not Taxable Sale). I have been operating this way for many years so I am not sure what if anything has changed.
Could someone suggest what I should be looking at to resolve this message?
Thank you.

Thanks for the fast reply. Is there a ticket number I can mention to support? I have been in contact with them but they did not mention that there was a known problem with Windows.
Thank you.
