In QuickBooks Online, you can send a report by email on a recurring schedule. However, this applies only to custom reports and not to management reports, and you can only send it manually on the day you want to send it in the program. Thus, I recommend sending feedback and letting our Product Development team know the significance of this feature. They can consider this for future program improvements and updates. You may refer to the steps below:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Feedback.
- Enter your feature requests and product suggestions in the field.
- Select Next to submit.
If you want to keep track of your requests and check other product updates in the program, you can visit the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
In addition, you can manage your management reports to view or edit them and even download them for extra copies.
