Scheduled Reports and UAC Error

We are a small nonprofit running QuickBooks Desktop Premier Nonprofit Edition 2021. I have been trying all day to get help on successfully creating and sending scheduled reports. I have scheduled two test reports today and received the same UAC setting error and the reports will not send. I have followed all of the steps to turn off the UAC option and still no results. After two chats and one phone call (40 minutes!) with support, I still have no resolution. Further research revealed this has been an issue as far back as the 2018 edition of QuickBooks!

 

Can anyone help me solve the issue so I can get the reports my staff needs on the monthly basis they have requested? I need a miracle here!!

Here's how:

 

  1. Within your QuickBooks Company file, select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu.
  2. You can also press F1 on your keyboard to bring up the same Help panel.
  3. Give a brief description of your issue.
  4. Click Continue.
