Is anyone else having this recurring problem?
Sometimes all of our scheduled QB Online reports run and the reports are emailed as expected. But inevitably, some of the emailed reports just aren't emailed. This is very frustrating, since we rely on these reports being in our inbox as scheduled EVERY DAY.
We've been using these Daily emailed custom QB reports for years, but this past week the number of reports that are emailed keeps dropping - again...
- On Tuesday 1 report didn't run.
- Then, Wednesday 2 reports did not run properly.
- Thursday: 4 missing.
- Today, there are 8 missing reports from our email inbox.
Why is this happening?
How could this error keep raising its ugly head periodically?
PS. Our QB Online costs keep going up, but I haven't seen these types of errors getting better.
I wish the QB Online engineers would focus on getting the bugs out of this application rather than adding more bells & whistles.
