I have done all of this and noone seems to be able to help me with this. I have had them tell me that you cannot and never have been able to search for customers by address using quickbooks online which is a lie. I have done so for many years. I have honestly gone through every option. Is there anyway you can please have one of the software developers or IT people contact me? Customer service has been no help and I have about 5 hrs over the past week of dealing with them

Please fix this QB! My plumbers were able to search for customers via address up on the APP until a few weeks ago. Its frustrating for them to have to take the extra step to find the customers name. If they were able to do it just a few weeks ago, they should be able to do it now. Please put out a patch for this asap. Service workers need this option again. Thank you!

I agree - this is so frustrating! We are in the service industry and it is more important to know the history of the address/location rather than the customer name. Searching by name does us NO GOOD!!!! It has to be the search by address. If anyone found a way to search IN THE APP please let me know. I know you can search thru a web browser but that is cumbersome.
Same problem with app. It is very frustrating I can only search by name more specifically first name. It’s hard to remember 2000 first names especially when 80% of the time I used there last names. Need to get this fixed. It started last month not being able to search by address or last name.
This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have in using the QuickBooks Mobile app, @Nuty911.
