In QuickBooks, there isn't a specific option to track the digital products you sell, but you can set them up as items. Here's how you can do it:
- Go to the Sales menu, then select Products & Services.
- Click on New, choose Service.
- Enter a name for the product or service along with other details.
- Once done, save it.
Another way to sell a digital product through QuickBooks is by using a third-party app. You can check out the steps below to see what apps are supported by QuickBooks.

- You can select a specific category under the Categories section.
