You can easily log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private window. Just use the shortcut keys below for your specific browser:
This nifty tool deletes all cookies and browser history, making your browser brand new and error-free. Check to see if the error is gone and your browsing is back to normal. If it is, you can now go into your main browser settings and clear your cache to fix the issue. Sometimes cached files and data can cause a webpage to reload or loop. Plus, some browsers have an automatic page reload setting which can cause issues like this.
But if that still doesn't fix the problem, try switching to another supported browser. That should do the trick and get you back on track.

I have tried all of the cache clearing options and the various browsers. I can run the employee detail report and see the employees but they are not visible under active, inactive or all.
