Should I use recurring journal entry templates?

Yes. We can copy a Journal Entry (JE) manually and reuse it as a recurring template. Let me guide you on how to perform it.

To start, let's ensure you save the content of the JE you want to copy as a template since automatically converting it isn't possible. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Recurring transactions below the Lists column.
3. Pick the New icon.
4. Click the Transactions Type dropdown and select Journal Entry. Then, OK.
5. Enter the content of the Recurring Journal Entry based on the JE content you want to copy.
6. Once done, click Save template.
