If the bank register balance in QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't match your actual bank balance, you may need to verify why they don't match, and adjust or fix them accordingly.
There are several factors affecting the balances, these are the following:
- Outstanding transactions
- New transactions for a connected account
- Duplicate transactions
- Edited or deleted transactions
- Card (liability) account
