Site Reorder Points

Thank you for getting back to us, @Andy B

I can help you check the site-specific reorder point for each item.

You can generate the Inventory Stock Status by Site report.

This will show you detailed information about each inventory item, organized by inventory site and reorder quantity.

Check these steps:

  1. Go to the Reports menu, hover to Inventory
  2. Click on Inventory Stock Status by Site.

Then, follow the steps outlined in the following article to help you filter the report: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop

You can also visit this article for more information about how you can set up reorder points correctly in QuickBooks Desktop (scroll down to Step 3): Set up Advanced Inventory.

Here's everything that you need to know about transferring inventory to different bin locations (rows, shelves, or bins) or building assemblies using parts from different locations: Multiple Inventory Sites.

You can always count on me whenever you have other queries about reordering your inventories. I'm always here ready to lend a helping hand. Take care!

Site Reorder Points

Hello, Andy B.

You can pull up the Inventory Stock Status by Item report to show the information you needed. From there, you can export it to excel. Let me walk you through the steps:

  1. At the top menu bar, click Reports.
  2. Go to Inventory.
  3. Select Inventory Stock Status by Item.
  4. Click the Excel. Then Export

Please re-read the problem. I need the order points for the specific locations, this report only gives the global reorder point. I have attempted to add this by customizing the columns but this is not an option.

Please re-read the request. I need to see the site specific reorder point for each item. The suggested report only shows the global reorder point. I have attempted to 'Customize Columns' but this is not an option that I can choose.

This is not ideal but gets me the information through a series of reports for each inventory site. This report shows the reorder point for the selected Inventory Site but does not show numbers for other sites at the same time. Managing several sites simultaneously can be difficult without being able to see them all at the same time.

Thanks for getting back with the Community, Andy B.

I'm happy to hear MaryJoyD was able to help you find the information you needed in your reports.

As AileneA mentioned, you can also export reports to Excel and further customize them that way if necessary.
