Some contractor profiles do not load.

I'd like to know if you've got an error during the process with some of your contractor profiles? If yes, please let me know the exact error message below. This would help you check my other resources here and be able to provide with you the correct information to fix that kind of problem.

For now, if you haven't tried accessing your QuickBooks account using another supported browser, I'd recommend doing it. The following browsers are supported on both web and mobile devices:

• Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
• Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer. Note: To preview and print forms on Mac OS, you'll also need the Firefox PDF plugin.
• Microsoft Edge: version 75 or newer
• Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)
• Opera: version 68 or newer
• Samsung: version 10 or newer

If you're still getting the same result, please give us a short call to check it further. We'll need to pull up your account in a secure environment then run a set of examinations. Here's how:

1. Go to Help at the upper-right corner.
2. Click Contact us.
3. Enter a short description of your concern.

I do not get an error. The page is just blank. I did call support and spoke with Cammy. She tried everything but found that other companies are having a similar problem. Seems to be some sort of bug. There is no work around at the moment.
