Some zeroed out accounts are showing in p/l and balance sheet reports when I exclude zero balance rows

Hi there, @jpargeon.

I hope you're doing well. I'm here to ensure you can pull up your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets details with non-zero amounts only.

To clarify, did you click the Run report button after selecting Show Non-Zero for rows? If you did, yet they continue to appear, let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Log in to your account and customize them again. If it hid the accounts with zero balances, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You may also use a different supported browser.

Additionally, you'll want to memorize these reports to keep their current settings by clicking the Save customization button.

Please let me know how these steps turn out. I want to make sure everything is taken care of. I'm also here if you need additional help in customizing your reports. Have a great day, @jpargeon!
