Hi there, @Quickpro456.
I'm happy that you've visited the Community space today. I recognize your goal and give you a resolution to your query. Upon reading your post, know you'll have to create two separate profiles inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). One is for Rippling and the other one's for the actual vendor. I'll write down the steps get you going:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Get paid & pay or Expenses, then select Vendors.
- Select New vendor.
- Complete the fields in the Vendor Information window.
- Once done, click Save.
See this article for more information: Add a vendor in QuickBooks Online.
Once done, what you need to do is to record the payment. In this part, you can create a Check or an expense for the subscription and the actual payroll payment for your vendor. If you want to create a Check, these are the steps:
- Go to + New, then select Check.
- From the Payee ▼ dropdown, select who you want to address the check too.
- From the Bank Account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want the money to come from.
- Fill out the rest of the fields accordingly.
- Select Save and close.
In case you want to go with creating an expense, see this page: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.
Moving forward, you'll also want to create a new vendor profile for your Deel payroll platform and create a recurring expense, bill or check. To set up a recurring transaction, I'd recommend visiting this page for a complete set of guidelines: Create recurring transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you want other options to help you track the payments inside the program, I'd highly suggest contacting your accountant. This way, they can provide a more efficient way to handle this type of situation. If you don't have an accountant, I can help you find one. Feel free to visit this page to find an accountant for your business: Find a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
In addition, I've got this handy article to better understand the difference between bills, checks, and expenses: Learn the difference between bills, checks, and expenses in QuickBooks Online.
