Square default customer not able to sync to the correct QBO Customer

I am new to QBO...  we are a mobile food business.   We accept cards at different locations each day using Square.  My Square is setup properly for each business location that I sell at.  Square sync with QBO puts all of the daily sales into the "Square Customer" default.   How can I edit those Square Customer daily sales to record them properly against the correct business location? I  have been on the phone with QBO for about 15 hours last week and not 1 tech knows how to fix this issue.  thanks.

Square default customer not able to sync to the correct QBO Customer

Welcome to QuickBooks Community, pizzadamichelino!

I can see you're putting a lot of effort and time to correct these transactions in the program.

We can manually edit the sales transaction in QBO to record them against the correct business location. Let's now go ahead and make changes to the transactions by viewing the details. Here's how:

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
  2. Go to the Invoices tab.
  3. Search for the invoice.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
  5. Choose View/Edit
  6. Make the necessary changes.
  7. Hit Save and close.

To learn more about importing your Square sales data into QuickBooks Online, you can check this article: Sync Square with QuickBooks Online.

Please know that I'm just a post away if you have any other questions related to QuickBooks. Take care.
