Today the text box outlines on my estimates disappeared from my template. I work on QB Desktop ProPlus and I've downloaded all updates
The lines no longer show on the QB default estimate or on my customized estimate. They showed last week. . I can't figure out what happened to them or how to fix this.
It sounds like your printer setup for Estimates is set to print on pre-printed forms.
To check, go to File | Printer Setup and then pick Estimate. Is the Intuit Preprinted Forms option selected? If not, is the Do not print lines... option selected?
Be sure you've selected Blank Paper or Letterhead, the options where lines will print, and that the Do not print lines... option is not selected and then it should work as expected.
this is happening in the invoice section

I stayed on the phone with intuit and walked through same steps I had already done-
Hopefully there is a setting that can be adjusted.
