While I appreciate your reply.   The ability to actually get true help is almost non existent.  I have spent no less than 15 hours trying to migrate my company back to desktop.  I have paid for three months of payroll service that is NON usable.  I have spent hours of time with tech, on chat, on phone without any resolution.  I am not able to set up payroll in Desktop because Online will not release the direct EFT  function, even after I cancelled payroll service.   They do not want you to go  back to desktop so are making it nearly impossible to do so.

 

To say i dislike this software is an understatement.  The fact that they own your books is insane.  The fact that they say what you can and cant do with your books is criminal in my opinion.

 

So with that being said.   I do not have any faith that you can or will help me.   I do have faith that you will continue to charge for services not received but promised.
