First, I suggest accessing your QBO through your browser's incognito mode. Then, reaccess the Custom form styles page. Here's how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If this fixes the problem, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process will remove and resolve specific issues and help the program run optimally. Additionally, you can use other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

2. Select either of these tabs:
