Hello there,@twanik-owenscomp.
I see that you prefer the old way or design when editing customer details in QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks updated a new layout, and it works quite differently since we'll have to scroll down to see other information you want to modify.
Please see the sample screenshot below to see what it looks like on my end too.
Since the update was also applied to your QuickBooks account, we send your feedback to our Product Development team by following the steps below.

I totally agree with you. Sad that QBO programmers thought that taking a perfectly functional and interface consistent input screen needed to be changed to a generic and backward looking version. No longer self populates with customer name so double entry needed. Off to the right so extra mouse repositioning required. No more tabs so need to scroll to get to additional information. How can this be considered any kind of improvement? At first I thought it was an error on my computer. I restarted QBO, Signed back in, etc. NOPE. This archaic looking screen is now how millions of QBO subscribers have to enter new customer information or edit changes. WE WERE NOT EVEN GIVEN A CHOICE TO CHOOSE BETWEEN THE TWO VERSIONS. IT WAS JUST FORCED ON US. Changes like this are not an update and an improvement. They are not needed and certainly not asked for. I've already sent my feedback directly in the program. I hope others will too so we can get the old interface back.
The customer edit screen changed to a different view - it's now on the right side of the screen.
John, I could not have said it any better. It's like this task has gone back in time. I am missing the tab format and the auto fill drop down menu. We are in Philadelphia and now I need to type that every time a new customer or vendor is created. These changes are NOT an improvement!
