Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention, brandon.zeone@gm.

Allow me to share some information to fix your QuickBooks Online account's unexpected behavior. Let me provide you with troubleshooting steps so you'll be able to see the Sales menu back to your account.

Let's begin by logging in to your account using a private browser. These browsers don't store file preferences.

Here's how:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Internet Explorer: Press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If you can see the Sales menu, then we can now clear your browser's cache.

Follow these steps:

Open Chrome.

  1. Click More.
  2. Choose More Tools, then Clear browsing data.
  3. Add a time range. Select All time to delete everything.
  4. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  5. Select Clear data.

You can check this article to manage a customer list in QuickBooks Online: Manage your customer list.

Please know that I'm always here to help you if you have any other questions about the Sales menu in QuickBooks Online. Have a great day ahead!
