The withholdings that QB setup Mass Family leave are wrong

We can correct the set up rate for MA Family leave by modifying it. Here's how: 

1. Click the Employees, then choose Employee center. 
2. Double click the employee name. 
3. Payroll info, then click Taxes.
4. Hit Other, and edit the rate.
