This just started about a month ago but the app won’t save any trips that I enter. I just keep going back to the starting point. I uninstalled the app and it still won’t work.

Uninstalling the app is one of the troubleshooting you do if the mileage tracker stops working.

 

Have you tried checking the settings on your phone to match with the requirements for mileage tracking? If not, check these articles:

 

If the same thing happens, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Self-Employed support. We will be able to check your account further and determine what's causing the error. Here's how:

  1. Tap the Plus button, then select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Type talk to human.
  3. Select your preferred support method, Chat or Email.
