In QuickBooks, you can run the Transaction List by Date report and apply filters to see the list of transactions you have in a specific period. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed. To begin, here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- On the left navigational bar, go to the Reports tab.
- In the Search bar, type Transaction List By Detail and then click the report.
- Click the dropdown arrow below the Report period section, and then select Custom.
- Input the start date and end date that you'd like to track.
- Once done, click the Run report button.
Also, if you need the number of transactions you have in a specific period, you can export the report to excel by clicking the Printer icon beside Email icon.
