Also, all credits are reflected as debits and all debits are reflected in the credit columns.
Its also reflecting the same duplicated data in a Class summary report under Not Specified. Useless data.
I do not understand Specified and Not Specified in the report filters and why I would have anything under not specified. All transactions have active classes assigned

The amounts or transactions under the Not Specified column are those amounts that aren’t assigned to the filter you’ve chosen in the Display columns by the drop-down menu. Since you've mentioned that all transactions have active classes assigned. We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix unnecessary files from your browser. Let me guide you through the process.
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If it works, you can return to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then you may see if it fixes the problem and gets started on the tasks at hand. However, if the incognito window didn't work, you can use another supported browser.

Moreover, if you've connected your bank and manually entered the transaction to QuickBooks Online. It may be a duplicate transaction, so you'll need to review your work and make sure everything is correct in the Categorized or Reviewed tab. If it's confirmed that it's a duplicate you can match the downloaded transaction with the one you already entered. This links them together so you don't get duplicates.
You can also exclude the duplicate transactions so they won’t be added to QuickBooks or downloaded again. Here's how:

The Specified status that you see in the Transaction Details report means a transaction is assigned to a specific customer while the Not Specified status means there isn't a customer assigned to it.
