Trying to convert my account from using sub-folders to categories and nothing happens, showing an error

i used this link to do it. https://c27.qbo.intuit.com/app/categorymigration i have another QB account that was created not a long time ago and is using categories.

This is the error I got, I tried to clear my cache, sign out and sign back in and same thing.

I was able to verify that we have an open investigation about this specific error when converting item categories. This means that our engineers are already taking actions to determine the cause of of the error and resolve it as well. 

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend reaching out to our chat or phone support teams. They will be asking for your account details so they can add you to the list of affected users. Here's how to reach out to them:

 

  1. Click Help in the upper right-hand corner of QBO.
  2. Click Talk to a human, then type in Talk to a human.
  3. Select I still need a human.
  4. Click Contact Us.
  5. Select Get a callback.
