Hi there, @info29.
I’m glad you joined the Community. I’ve got the steps you’ll need to be able to save and send estimates in QuickBooks Online.
Unexpected behavior in the product is a common result of outdated internet files that need to be cleared. We can start by using a private window to determine if the issue is related to the browser that's being used.
Here’s how:
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Internet Explorer)
• Command + Shift + N (Safari)
• Ctrl+ Shift + N (Google Chrome)
• Ctrl + Shift + P (Mozilla Firefox)
If it works, you’ll need to clear your browser’s cache to fix the issue. Here’s an article that will guide you through the process: Delete or Disable cache and temporary internet files in your web browser.
By clearing these files, QuickBooks will load a new version of everything and will likely restore the ability to save and send estimates.
That should be it. Please touch base with me here should you need any additional assistance. I’ll be here to keep helping. Wishing you and your business continued success!
