Hi again. The latest problem is syncing from TSheets to QBO projects and Time sheets.
1) Not all employees are syncing to a QBO timesheets.
2) Most important, we track costs using the Projects tab. We've had an ongoing project for the past 3 months which is no longer syncing the time from TSheets. It has synced up through May 31st, but no June hours synced for any employee.
I cannot trust the accuracy of QBO. Since moving from Desktop to QBO (to use Project tracking), there has been nothing but inaccuracies. I have to check my work by doing the entire project costing by hand. This is ridiculous, like many of the other QBO claims.

Yes, unfortunately switching from QBDT to QBO convinced me to get off QB altogether. Already neither is good for my clients who all must do project cost accounting with timesheets on accrual-basis per GAAP but I used it for more own books for a decade then switched to QBO and regretted it but could not go back to it.

There are times that an issue like this can be resolved by performing some troubleshooting steps. To start with, let's open QuickBooks on a private window. This is where we can identify any browser-related issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
Then if it's now syncing, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest reaching out to T-Sheets support. They'll be able to guide you and point the main reason why it's not syncing.

Hello, thank you but this does not solve the problem. I already spoke with TSheets support and after trying their troubleshooting techniques, I was advised to check with QBO. Some hours are syncing to some projects, but all hours are not syncing to all projects. The project I'm most concerned with has synced for the last 3 months, now suddenly does not. This seems to be a QBO problem as other hours have synced to other projects.
